For payment by check or money order, please allow 10 business days after receipt of payment for order to be processed.

SALES TAX

6% Sales Tax added for shipments within Kentucky.

Your credit card will be charged for your purchase when the order is shipped.

PRICE CHANGES

Occasionally a supplier will change price, and we may be required to adjust our prices. We reserve the right to do so without notice. If such a change affects your order, you will be notified before the order is processed.

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may be returned within 15 days of receipt for refund. Upon receipt of your merchandise in good condition, the cost of your order less the shipping fees will be refunded.

No COD returns will be accepted.

Return shipments should be insured for the full value of the purchase. Items must be re-packed in the original packing materials, with collectible boxes intact, if applicable.

Unframed prints must be rolled tightly in paper with seam of wrapping paper taped, and returned in original mailing tube.

Please include information stating your order number and reason for return.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

If an item is damaged, or an error made in shipping the item, please contact the
Gallery phone number, (270) 444-9446 and advise us of the problem. We will arrange to have the merchandise picked up and ship a replacement to you as soon as possible. Please repack merchandise in the original packing materials.
